The Region of South East Asia and Pacific represents Clariant organisations in 9 countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Bangladesh and the Philippines, with the last three being the ‘satellite countries’ of Singapore. There are all together 12 legal entities, 10 production sites and approximately 1300 employees.
The emerging markets within the region of South East Asia and Pacific provide many opportunities for Clariant. The implementation of Clariant 2010 strategy resulted in the creation of regional service hub in Singapore to manage the operational execution of Clariant’s business services in this region. |
