PAN Card Requirements for Investors

The Investors are advised to furnish a copy of the transferee(s) PAN card to the Company/RTA's for registration of transfer of shares, for securities market transactions and off-market/private transactions involving transfer of shares in physical form as required under clause 11(c) of the Listing Agreement.
